Cookies and browser storage

We do not use cookies or browser local storage for analytics, advertising or visitor profiling. We have not installed an analytics service, advertising pixel or embedded booking calendar.

Contact form session cookie

When you use the contact form, we set a cookie named fp_contact to associate your browser with a security token and help prevent forged submissions. It does not contain your enquiry text and is not used for tracking or advertising. It is a session cookie, normally removed when the browser session ends. Blocking it prevents the form from working; you can still email us directly.

Hosting and external services

The website is hosted by UK2. Technical server logs are distinct from cookies and are covered in the Privacy Policy.

The current design loads Inter from Google Fonts. This creates an external network request even though our own code does not set a cookie. Links to resources hosted by other organisations take you to websites governed by their own cookie policies.

Your choices

You can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings. If optional analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy and any consent controls will be updated before they are used.
