How we agree services

FuturePaths provides IT services and consultancy through individually agreed engagements. The website describes our capabilities; it does not itself constitute a contract or a fixed offer to supply services.

Written scope and commercial terms

Before work starts, the parties agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, timetable and fees in writing. The engagement agreement also addresses payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, changes, termination and liability as appropriate.

Framework procurement

Where services are procured through a framework, the relevant framework and call-off terms apply alongside the agreed service documents. Website summaries do not replace those terms.

Enquiries and calls

Contacting us or requesting a call does not commit you to buying a service. We will discuss your requirements and confirm the proposed arrangements before an engagement is agreed.
